Booking and operations systems for event and rental businesses

Stop losing bookings to your own tools

I build the system underneath: the booking side your clients use and the operations side your team runs on – requests, availability, confirmations, invoices, equipment and crews in one place.

Clients in Sweden and the United Kingdom

What kind of business are you running?

Photo booth rental

Two clients on the same Saturday, and you find out three days before.

Event agencies

Every booking lives in a different tool, and none of them agree.

Equipment rental

Stock, dates and deposits tracked in a spreadsheet only you can read.

Inside a real system

What your clients see, and what your team runs on.

Five screens from a booking system running a photo booth rental across several cities.

Client booking form on a phone: private or business, dates, and which photo booth
01

Client makes a booking

Your client picks the date, the booth and the package on your own site – the same few steps on a phone as on a laptop. The fewer steps between a date and a request, the more requests reach you.

Booking admin list: incoming requests with dates, booth, delivery city and status
02

Request

A date comes in from your site and lands here with everything you need to quote: booth, city, delivery, contact. The client gets a confirmation; you get a queue instead of an inbox.

Availability calendar: every booth against every date, taken days marked
03

Calendar

Every booth against every date. You see the whole fleet’s load at a glance; the client just sees Saturday go grey the moment it is taken.

Confirmed booking with its confirmation, design, pickup and gallery emails scheduled
04

Confirmation

Deposit, contract, and every email – confirmation, design proof, pickup, gallery – scheduled off the booking itself. The client is kept informed by the system, not by you.

Invoice raised from the booking and sent by email
05

Invoice

Raised from the booking, not retyped from it. Nothing goes unpaid because someone forgot it.

What I build

Three things, one system.

Bookings

Booking systems

Requests, availability, confirmations and invoices in one place, so no date is ever booked twice.

Operations

Operations and client data

Customers, bookings, payments, equipment and crews in one place your team actually works in. A custom CRM shaped around how you already work – on a phone if your crew needs it in the field.

Automation

Business automation

Confirmations, reminders and handovers that go out on their own, off the tools you already use.

Proof

What this looks like in a live business.

2 days to rebuild the pipeline

Their automation had broken, the CRM accounts were locked, and bookings were disappearing between tools. I rebuilt the booking pipeline from scratch on a backend they own, with branded confirmations going out on their own.

The owner was losing hours every week to the same handful of questions. A Telegram assistant now answers them, shows what is free and takes the appointment – around the clock, with no manual reply.
